I was born in China. It’s where I live these days. It’s where I work, and it’s where I fell in love. Most of my friends are from China, and it’s where I met my husband. China is the land of the great contrasts. It’s beautiful to see, but also incredibly challenging to live. It’s full of contrasts.

At Google we are determined to make our company run as smoothly as possible. That means making sure our engineers are engaged and that we have the resources we need to make the products we build the best we can. That means a lot of hard work, and most of us still use our smartphones to text and email each other. But we also make a point of making sure our engineers (and our employees) are always working with the latest tech and the best of the best.

We do this by having the best engineers, and by having them work hard to make sure we are always getting the best tech and the best products. We do not want to brag about how much money we have, nor do we want to brag about how awesome the product is. We want to be the best at each aspect of our product, and our current way of doing things works well for us.
