There is a recipe I could have found that is just as good, but I didnt because I wanted to see what others think about it. Ive been searching the internet for an authentic version of the recipe.

I have made it and it is delicious. All you need to do is just make a small amount and then put it in a baking dish and bake in the oven. It does not need to be baked until it is done. Just put it in the oven and watch it cook. It should be done in about 10 minutes. You can also mix it up and make it in your home. This recipe is my go to for the most authentic traditional birrieria.
